We’re all made up of 24 different character strengths. These fit into six buckets that may be recognized as the classical virtues: wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence.

Strength-Based Coaching
Since the days of ancient Greek philosophers, we’ve known that the key to success and happiness is to know thyself.
Every coaching relationship I have begins with an assessment of your character strengths, so together we understand who you are and what matters to you.
The assessment will give us:
An analysis of the signature strengths that are essential to making you who you are;
Insight into how others perceive you;
Research-based benefits of your best qualities;
An exploration of your middle and lesser strengths—and simple ways you can leverage and boost them.
We’ll use this to create a customized plan to address your goals and challenges to give you a clear path forward.

Each coaching engagement is a minimum of six months; can be extended as circumstances require.

Team Coaching
The character strength assessment used in individual coaching engagements are just as applicable for teams.
In fact, many clients choose to bring me in to work across their organization, as the insights and results from the assessments are incredibly helpful in giving teams greater visibility into how they interact. In other words, how they build the culture of their team.
What you’ll get with team coaching:
A character strengths assessment for each team member
Individual coaching for each team member
Meeting attendance to observe
Regular feedback and suggestions for improved communication
Quarterly speeches to motivate the team
Each team coaching engagement is a minimum of 12 months; I can be engaged on a per diem basis or on a monthly retainer.
Storytelling
We know that the best way to convey information to someone is through a story. And the best leaders are adept at storytelling.
If you want your team to become better communicators to internal and external audiences, they need to be good storytellers.
I offer workshops and speeches on storytelling that will help them get a feel for what makes a good story, what the powers of stories are, and how to think about different story structures and designs.
